Biography
Responsible for maintaining the Institute's technical infrastructure and Laboratory systems.
Primary responsibilities include simulation infrastructure, synchronization services, experiment recovery, equipment maintenance and general technical support.
Although not employed as a researcher, Kelter regularly submits independent theoretical work to various departments.
None has yet received an official institutional review.
